Refund Policy
At Kumar Kardam Carpet, refunds are processed in accordance with the policy below.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds are applicable for:
- Successfully approved returns
- Damaged or defective items received by the customer
- Incorrect or incomplete orders
Photographic or video evidence may be requested for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 15 business days.
Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are non-refundable:
- Shipping and delivery charges (unless the error was from our side)
- Customization or personalization charges
Incomplete or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incomplete or incorrect order, please contact our customer support within 3 days of delivery.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
